Vacation Cabin Overnight Rates in Brown County Indiana

August 2007 ~ currently this lodging is not taking reservations.Although families are always welcome, we encourage adults and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Basic weekend rates (double occupancy) for March through December: $175.00 per night + tax with a minimum two day stay. Additional people up to four, add $20.00 per person. The September thru mid-November & Holiday rate is $200.00 per night with a minimum 2 day stay and $25.00 per additional person over the double occupancy rate. Half of the rate is due 7 days prior to the visit. A $50.00 damage deposit is required. (Refundable upon checkout inspection) Weeklong stays are discounted.All rates and information on this and other websites is subject to change. We accept cash, checks, Master Card and Visa. Check in time is normally between 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Check out is 11:00 a.m. Our cancellation policy: We require notice of cancellation in writing (or e-mail) at least one-week before your arrival date. Should you cancel during that time period you will be charged one night and there may be charges for nights not rebooked. Your credit card will be processed within 24 hours of your reservation. There are no refunds owing to early departures. |
